・Scope 1,2,3 Measurement
Measurement and review of GHG emissions (Scope1,2,3) throughout company’s supply chain (from raw material procurement to manufacturing, logistics, sales, and disposal) are conducted according to the GHG Protocol, the international standard for calculation and reporting.

・Third-party Verification Support Services
We support the preparation of documents and site visits required for the verification of the Scope1,2,3 emissions by third parties for efficient process.

・Implementing Carbon Accounting Systems
We introduce a carbon accounting system that automates data collection and emissions calculations and enables visualization and analysis of calculation results. The system can help replicate the current calculation logic used in Excel. It assists in setting up activities and emission factors, as well as reflecting the estimation part of the calculation.
Additionally, it provides guidance and support for introducing and selecting carbon accounting systems.

・SBT Target-setting Support
We assist in setting goals in line with SBTi, applying to SBTi (preparation of application forms and other procedures), and responding to questions by the SBTi (preparation of response documents and correspondence to suggestions from SBTi during the verification period) leading to a smooth validation.

・Emission Reduction Roadmap Support
We help develop emission reduction plans and roadmaps for Scope 1, 2, 3 emission reduction targets by conducting GHG emission roadmap analysis, identifying gaps between targets and current status, identifying and prioritizing necessary emission reduction measures, and creating a roadmap.

・Climate Transition Planning Assistance
We assist companies in developing action plans to transition their assets, operations, and business models to those consistent with a 1.5°C world. On the basis of a strategic and financial plan based on emission reduction plans and scenario analysis, we support the development and disclosure of a transition strategy that is consistent with the elements of a credible transition plan as defined by CDP and other organizations.

・ICP Implementation Support
We support the introduction of Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) as a means to achieve emission reduction targets by providing an overview of ICP, setting up ICP, and creating tools for estimating emission reductions.

・Implementation of Supplier Engagement Support
After identifying hotspots in Scope 3, we help the clients with operations related to supplier engagement, such as considering (narrowing down) suppliers to be engaged, creating and collecting questionnaires, and organizing calculations.

・Support for procurement and claiming of renewable energy certificates
We assist in the procurement and utilization of RECs (Renewable Energy Certificates) , one of the renewable energy procurement methods, considering the consistency with international renewable energy standards such as the GHG Protocol and RE100, etc. We procure various certificates including Japanese non-fossil certificates and renewable J-credits, and RECs, GOs, and IRECs from other countries.

・Introduction of Renewable Energy (incl. PPA)
We research the potential for introducing renewable energy PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) and introduce them in collaboration with partner companies.

・Carbon Neutral Third-party Certification Verification support (PAS2060, etc.)
We support the acquisition of carbon neutral certification standards. We provide total support for setting the scope of certification, making calculations, preparing application documents, and handling audits, all while keeping in mind the requirements of existing certification standards (ISO14068, PAS2060, Ministry of the Environment’s carbon neutral certification system, etc.).

・Carbon Neutrality Support
We help our clients to neutralize the emissions associated with their business activities. We provide comprehensive advice on procurement of appropriate environmental values, credits, etc. according to your objectives and how to claim them, taking into consideration the internationally required standards and the definition of “net zero” and how to use them.

・BVCM
In SBT, we support initiatives and investments to reduce GHG emissions and purchase carbon reduction credits for BVCM (Beyond Value Chain Mitigation), which is recommended as a step-by-step approach to transition to net zero.

・CDP Disclosure(Climate Change, Water Security, Forests)
Based on our knowledge as a CDP Climate Change Consulting Partner, we can provide total support, including explanation of key points of the questions, support for the creation of answers, reviews to improve scores, and measures for the next year.
While reflecting the latest disclosure information, we will give you advice on how to improve your score.

・ISSB/TCFD・TNFD Support　
In line with the framework recommended by the TCFD and the Task Force on Climate/Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), we support the preparation of disclosure documents based on international disclosure standards.
